PERFORMING ARTS STAGES
There are three stages:

  • North Stage – north end of 200 East
  • South Stage – south side of Salt Lake City & County Building
  • East Stage – in Library Square outdoor amphitheater

CRAFT ARTISTS
Invited craft artists located under nine canopies on the east side of the Salt Lake City & County Building

CRAFT PANEL DISCUSSIONS
Panel discussions located northeast side of Salt Lake City & County Building. Adjacent to the Living Traditions Exhibition canopy

FOOD MARKET
Traditional ethnic cuisine prepared and sold by 17 food vendors. Booths are located at the south end of 200 East

BEVERAGES

  • Traditional ethnic drinks at various festival food booths.
  • Water and soft drinks are available at the beverage tent in the middle of 200 East.
  • Beer and wine are available for purchase for patrons 21 and older in tents by the north entrance and in the middle of 200 East.

FREE WATER
Located near First Aid canopy, at both Information canopies, and west of the craft market

LIVING TRADITIONS EXHIBITION
Located on the northeast side of the Salt Lake City & County Building. Adjacent to the Craft Panel canopy

LIVING TRADITIONS KIDS
Interactive area for youth, accompanied by an adult, Saturday & Sunday, 1:00-6:00 p.m. The kids area is located on Library Square north of the Leonardo.

RESTROOMS
Portable toilets, including handicap-accessible units, are located directly east of the Salt Lake City & County Building at the west end of the festival grounds

ATM
There are four ATMs at the Festival:

  • 200 East next to the beverage tent
  • East side of the Salt Lake City & County Building, next to Festival Info canopy
  • Next to both the north and east beer & wine tents

NO PETS / NO SMOKING
For their own sake, please leave your pets at home. Service animals are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted on the festival grounds.

PARKING & PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The Living Traditions Festival will be on the grounds of the Salt Lake City & County Building and on Library Square. We encourage our patrons to use alternative transportation.

  • Get directions with Google Maps
  • The Salt Lake Bicycle Collective will be on-site to offer valet bike parking
  • Plan your trip on public transportation with UTA Trip Planner
  • There is parking throughout the surrounding blocks in pay lots and metered stalls

BICYCLE VALET
Bicycle parking is provided by the Salt Lake City Bicycle Collective. The Bike Valet is located near the north entrance.

ACCESSIBILITY
People with disabilities may make requests for reasonable accommodations no later than 48 hours in advance of intended attendance at Living Traditions Festival.
